I started this journey with one goal in mind: to create delicious celebration cakes that everyone can enjoy, no matter their dietary needs.
After being diagnosed with coeliac disease later in life, I quickly grew tired of missing out on sweet treats—or having to settle for sad gluten-free options that didn’t quite hit the mark.
Sorry fruit platter and cheeseboard you can’t compete against a cake for dessert!
That’s when emilyybakes was born: a place where each cake is individually crafted to be just as beautiful as it is delicious—so everyone can indulge, worry-free.
I offer a wide range of flavours, including vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, coconut, and caramel (yes, they really are as tasty as they sound!). All completely GLUTEN FREE, I know it’s almost unheard of!
