FAQ

When should we start our wedding stationery?

Save the Dates can be designed and sent as soon as your venue and wedding date are confirmed. For wedding invitations, we recommend starting at least three months before your RSVP date to allow time for design, proofing, printing and any final adjustments. Production generally takes 7–13 business days once your final proof has been approved.

Can we order a custom sample before placing an order?

Yes. We can produce a custom sample using your own design, so you can see the paper, colours and finishes before committing to a full print run. We don’t have a strict minimum order quantity, although smaller quantities do have a higher unit price due to setup costs.

Can you design our stationery or print artwork we already have?

Yes. We can create custom wedding stationery from scratch based on your ideas, wedding style and colour palette, or print artwork you’ve already designed. You can also send us inspiration or an AI-generated concept, and we can refine it into a polished, print-ready file.

What printing and finishing options do you offer?

We offer flat printing, letterpress, foil stamping, blind debossing, embossing, Scodix UV, edge foiling, custom die cutting and more. Letterpress presses ink into the paper, blind debossing creates a sunken impression without ink, foil stamping adds a metallic or coloured finish, and embossing creates a raised effect. We can recommend the best printing method for your artwork, paper choice and budget.

Do you print on-the-day wedding stationery?

Yes. We can produce menus, place cards, table numbers, seating charts, welcome signs and other on-the-day wedding stationery up to A2 size (420 Γ— 594 mm). We recommend starting production around six weeks before the wedding, once your guest numbers and details are almost final.

Can you personalise menus, place cards or specialty papers?

Yes. We can personalise menus and place cards with individual guest names, including on coloured, metallic and foil papers. White ink is also available on many specialty paper stocks. For most personalised items, we recommend flat printing for a more cost-effective result, combined with foil or embossing for elements that remain the same across all pieces.

Can you match our wedding colours?

Yes. We can match Pantone (PMS) colours for more consistent colour reproduction. CMYK printing may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and the paper colour and texture can also affect the final result. We can recommend the most suitable printing method and paper for your chosen colours.

Do you provide matching envelopes?

Yes. We offer a range of ready-made envelopes and can print guest addresses, return addresses and other artwork on them. We can also custom-make envelopes in selected papers, colours and sizes to match your wedding stationery suite.
