Since 2018, we’ve combined expert craftsmanship, exquisite materials and fair pricing to deliver custom diamond jewellery that is as individual as the moments it celebrates. Every detail is considered and meaningful. From the beginning of lifelong love to the moments you choose for yourself, we go beyond the ordinary.

Each piece is individually made, with a focus on customisation and craftsmanship through a customer-led design process, delivered online via our website or through in-person appointments. Our jewellery is quality assured, using only the finest precious metals and certified natural or lab grown diamonds.

You can create truly personalised pieces, from choosing your diamond’s carat, cut, colour and clarity, to selecting the precious metal colour and carat. Each detail is yours to define, with trusted advice and guidance every step of the way.

How do I choose the right engagement ring?

Start with the style your partner already wears day to day; a solitaire suits a minimalist wardrobe, while a halo or vintage-inspired design suits someone drawn to more detail. From there, the 4Cs (cut, colour, clarity and carat) help narrow down the diamond itself, and your budget will guide the setting and metal. If you’re unsure, our jewellery consultants can talk you through options based on your partner’s taste, lifestyle and ring size, whether that’s over the phone, by video call or in person.

Can I customise or personalise my ring?

Yes. Every made-to-order piece can be adapted to suit you, from the metal (platinum, white, yellow or rose gold) to the diamond shape, setting style and band width. If you have a design in mind that combines elements from more than one style, our consultants can talk you through what’s possible before you place your order.

What's the difference between natural and lab grown diamonds?

Natural and lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical; the difference lies in origin. Natural diamonds formed within the earth over billions of years, while lab grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment using the same carbon-crystallisation process in a matter of weeks. Lab grown diamonds typically cost less for the same carat weight, colour and clarity. We offer both, and every stone comes with independent certification, so the choice comes down to personal preference.

Do you sell wedding bands to match engagement rings?

Yes. We offer wedding bands in both plain and diamond-set styles, in the same metals as our engagement rings, so you can order a matching set or add a band later that sits flush against your ring. Contoured and shaped bands are also available, cut to fit around the engagement ring’s setting. Bands are made for both partners, in a full range of widths and sizes.

What's the store experience like?

Store visits are by appointment and run as a private, one-to-one consultation with a jewellery consultant. You’ll be able to view and compare loose diamonds, try on a range of jewellery styles and metals, and get a feel for different samples before committing to a design. There’s no obligation to buy on the day, and your consultant is there to guide you at your own pace, whether you’re browsing early ideas or ready to order.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be easily booked through our website. Choose a time that suits you at one of our stores or showrooms, or ask about a video consultation if visiting in person isn’t possible. There’s no charge for an appointment and no obligation to order. If you already have a design or diamond shape in mind, mentioning this when you book helps your consultant prepare in advance.

How long does the made-to-order process take?

Most made-to-order pieces take between four and six weeks to complete, from confirming the design to final quality checks. Your consultant will confirm an estimated completion date when you place your order, and you’ll receive updates throughout.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes. Alongside our made-to-order collections, our bespoke service is for anyone who wants to design a piece from scratch. You’ll work closely with our experienced consultants through sketches and a CAD model before we make the piece. Bespoke commissions generally take longer than made-to-order pieces, and your consultant will confirm a timeline once the design is finalised.
