Turning my passion and dream into a full-time career was the real challenge! Just two weeks before my 21st birthday in 2016, I got hit with the crushing news that I had the dreaded ‘C’. Yep, 20-year-old Eilish was diagnosed with cancer.
But having cancer at a young age turned out to be a wild teacher, shaping me into who I am today. For all the strength and resilience I gained from that chapter, I’m super grateful! I promised myself to make the most of every day and do what I love best: documenting life’s precious moments. Waking up on a Monday truly is never a drag when you’ve got the job of your dreams—the occasional battle with the snooze button doesn’t happen nearly as often anymore, haha.
Capturing your most iconic moments—and even those in-between—fills my soppy heart in a way I can’t quite describe. Your happiness brings me so much joy, and I know this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.
