I’m Vaïana, Creative Director and Owner of Flowers Gold Coast, an award winning boutique floral studio devoted to creating unforgettable wedding and event florals that radiate emotion, artistry and intention. Do you offer different packages depending on budget?

Yes. We work with couples across a range of budgets and tailor a proposal after understanding your vision, guest numbers and venue. There’s no fixed package list because every wedding is designed from scratch.

Do you provide flowers for both ceremony and reception?

Yes, we design full scope wedding florals including bridal party flowers, ceremony arbours and installations, and reception tablescapes, centrepieces and styling details.

What if our venue has specific requirements or restrictions?

We regularly work directly with venue teams, planners and stylists to make sure our designs fit any site restrictions and the day runs smoothly.

Can you match a colour palette or theme we've already chosen?

Yes, every design is custom curated around your existing colour palette, theme and overall vision, whether that’s a romantic garden feel, coastal elopement or bold sculptural look.

How far in advance should we book our wedding florals?

We recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for peak wedding season (September to November) and Saturday dates. Smaller elopements can sometimes be accommodated with less notice, so it’s always worth asking.

Do you travel outside the Gold Coast for weddings?

Yes, we regularly style weddings across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, including coastal and hinterland venues. Get in touch with your venue details and we’ll confirm availability and any travel fee.

Can we book a consultation before committing?

Absolutely. We start with an initial consultation to talk through your style, colour palette and priorities before putting together a custom proposal.

Are your flowers sourced locally?

We work with local growers and trusted Australian suppliers wherever possible to source seasonal, high quality blooms, we also work with Imports where necessary, especially if you’re looking for specific flowers that may be out of season.
