Hello Sweetheart is a Sydney wedding photographer and videography collective, documenting weddings with a focus on real moments and honest storytelling. The big moments, the quiet ones, and everything in between are captured as they happen, without forcing or staging anything that doesn’t belong.

Since 2015, Hello Sweetheart has been documenting weddings for couples across Sydney, the Hunter Valley and New South Wales. Over the years, the team has built strong relationships with many venues who continue to recommend them, a trust earned through being reliable, respectful and easy to work with.

How would you describe your photography style?

Our style is natural, relaxed and story-driven. We focus on capturing genuine moments as they happen, rather than creating them. While we’ll gently guide you when needed, especially during your couple portraits, we never want your day to feel like one long photoshoot. We believe the best wedding photographs come from real connection, genuine emotion and letting you be fully present with the people you love. The result is a gallery that feels timeless, authentic and truly reflects how your wedding day felt.

Do you help with timelines and planning?

Absolutely! We know that for most couples, this is the first wedding they’ve ever planned, so we’re here to help every step of the way. We love getting involved early, especially before you’ve locked in your ceremony time, to help create a draft timeline that makes the most of your day. As your wedding approaches and the details are confirmed, we’ll put together a tailored photography and videography timeline. We’re also happy to answer questions, recommend trusted vendors, suggest photo locations or help with anything else along the way. We want your day to feel relaxed, seamless and uniquely yours.

How long does it take to receive our gallery?

We know you’ll be excited to relive your wedding day, so we don’t like to keep you waiting! You’ll receive a selection of sneak peek images within one week of your wedding – usually just a few days afterwards. Your full online gallery will be delivered within four to six weeks, and if you’ve booked videography, your finished wedding film will be delivered within six to eight weeks.
