We’ve done the dirty work, scrolling through pic after pic of scrummy banquets and icy cocktails, so all you have to do is take notes. But we haven’t just sorted you for mains, we’ve got you covered for drinks and dessert, too. The Gnarly Bus
Dessert is often the last thing on your mind when you are planning a wedding, even for the biggest dessert buffs out there. The Gnarly Bus keeps things simple by rocking up to your event and serving creamy gelato and vegan sorbet straight from their apricot kombi. Want more pics? Head on over here. If you’re keen to serve up some memorable contemporary fare on your day of days, we urge you to reach out to Wine & Dine’m. Aesthetically on point, these guys are all about providing a personalised menu reflective of your tastes as a couple. This one is for the cocktail lovers. Something a little different, boasting a vintage-luxe vibe, Voivode is the travelling bar you’ve been looking for. Offering up all the options, you can opt for Voivode’s retrofitted horse float or if you’re vibing something a touch more intimate, you can select the Orpiment Bar, complete with antique saloon lights. Jo, the mastermind and head chef behind Garnish Creative Catering, is a dreamboat and so are the tasty morsels she prepares. Based on the South Coast, Garnish grow their own herbs whilst utilising fresh produce and meat from surrounding farms and the ocean. Charlie and Collette
Hiring a caravan bar is a sure-fire way to add a splash of charm to your reception, all whilst keeping things easy breezy when it comes to logistics. The gorge Charlie & Collette caravan bar, part of Mint Events Collectives’ offering, is a renovated vintage caravan made of West Australian Jarrah. Hiring this old gal will secure you two lovely bar staff, basic styling, lawn games and glassware. How good is that?! You can drop em’ a line right here.

The Farm Cafe
Located within the Collingwood Children’s Farm, The Farm Cafe serves up the kind of hearty goodies you’ll be itching to dig into. Catering to all styles of weddings, you can select from shared platters, grazing tables and cocktail style dining options. Our fave part? The Farm Cafe’s focus on local, organic and abundant food. The Roaming Eagle
The Roaming Eagle is all about creating a vibe. If you’re keen for a cruisey day, guests milling about and sipping on bevs, then hiring this groovy van is essential. They are BYO meaning you can hit up your local Dan’s for a sale and save on your alcohol costs. They even offer a cocktail service at no extra cost. Hubert & Dan
There truly is nothing these guys won’t do to ensure your guests are fed and watered. Offering canapes through to feasts, picnic boxes, cheese platters and gourmet BBQ, all you have to do is provide the vision. Valerie Bar
The gorgeous Valerie is ready to roll up to your wedding day, prepared with four beer taps, a bunch of rad bartenders and groovy glassware. Offering a BYO service, you can bring all your faves to the party. Best of all, you’ll be able to add on a couple of signature cocktails to the menu if you so fancy. The Wilderness Chef
Take this biz name as literally as you like, The Wilderness Chef have catered in some pretty insane locations. We’re talking mountain tops, sand dunes and remote Western Oz. All menus are custom designed and you can choose from feasts, picnics and private dining experiences. The Tipsy Mare
The Tipsy Mare is a revamped horse float decked out in festoon lighting and yes, she’s available to hire, offering packages starting at three hours and extending to seven hours. They take care of bar staff, glassware and lovely printed menus whilst all you have to do is provide the booze.

Two Pounds 
Flawless – that’s how we’d describe Two Pounds. Sourcing only the best in seasonal and local produce, these guys are all about bringing a bespoke approach to your wedding day food and drinks. Serving canapes through to banquets, you can take a squiz at their yummy menus here. Taking it one step further, Two Pounds are so passionate about crafting seamless events that they will even help you outsourcing venues, styling and hire items. Wins all around!

The Gelato Bike
A sweet little trike full of gelato? Yes, dreams do come true, folks. You’ll find this little guy weaving his way through the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven serving up fresh, locally made gelato. Sweet as pie for your pics and a cruisey option for dessert or post-ceremony snacking, you can catch an extensive list of flavours here. Our bet is on the lavender and honeycomb.

Tiffany Keal
Being a rad wedding stylist, Tiffany utilises her experience in design to craft grazing tables that are almost too good to eat. She’s turned the whole thing into an art, tying in your table using styling elements that suit your vibe. Don’t let this petite vintage van fool you. It might be little but boy, is the offering huge! Serving up both food and drinks, Little Plates Van will cruise up to you event in order to ensure your guests are looked after from every aspect. Pepi’s Artisan Pizza
We all know pizza is god-tier so why not serve it up on your wedding day?! Giuseppe has perfected the art and his pizzas are heaven on a plate. And you know that pasta in a cheese wheel deal? The Rambling Rose
This lil dame comes with two experienced bar staff, glassware and decorations, so consider yourself sorted when it comes to supplying bevs to your much-loved guests. All you need to do is grab your fave drinks and have them ready to go. All drinks are served from this vintage pocket caravan whilst staff are more than happy to nip about collecting used glassware. How good is that?!

Working with the intention of providing dance floor fuel to your guests, Fat & Skinny Catering are all about unpretentious, plentiful and wholesome noms.
