Wedding day threads have seen a number of transformations in the last few years, none we can get behind so much as comfort. When we were dreaming up concepts for our next shoot we decided it was high time to champion gowns and good stuff as snug as they are sweet.
First featured in Issue 27 of Hello May mag, and shot by HM fave Jack Steel, our A Perfect Match shoot features the kind of bridal wear that you can don a sneaker with. We’ve got groovy blouse and pant combos, a couple of shorties and two jumpsuits for good measure. Whether you are on the prowl for a comfy as heck reception outfit or an all-day dreamboat of a gown, you will be sure to find more than a few options below. For brides keen to don pants, we can’t recommend Prea James Bridal’s Aurora Pant and Cecile Blouse highly enough. Tailored, but with a splash of drapey goodness, we can confidently claim this as one of our fave looks to date.
Luci Di Bella and Friend of Audrey serve up short and sweet whilst Grace Loves Lace fulfils our slinky silk fantasy with their Honey Silk Gown.
