Merry Christmas lovely readers! We thought we’d wrap up the last week of 2017 with a bit of a ‘Best Of’ series, kicking off with the most popular bouquets from the past 12 months (according to your clicks, likes and comments through out the year).

This year has seen a range of styles, blooms and designs, from bold and bright, to subtle and earthy; we can’t help but get a little light headed just trying to pick one (good luck with that, those planning their big day)!

Without further adieu ladies and gents, get your pens at the ready, pull up your Pinterest and get note taking, here are our top ten floral arrangements of 2017!

SARAH + LUKE, PICKERING BROOK, WA
This stunning WA wedding takes the cake when it came to the stunning floral arrangements by Signature Floral Design, the lovely bride adding, that her favourite details were of course the blooms, “They were incredible! So much colour and so vibrant. We are still getting compliments about how fantastic they were.”

These lovely shots were taken by none other than Maz of Blackbird Tale.

DIOR + VINCE, NEWSTEAD, VICTORIA
Whilst the pair agreed their low-key, non traditional shindig reflected their laid back nature, boy did Dior and Vince rock some awesome blooms. Katie Marx was the wonder woman behind the floristry, whilst Dan O’Day Photography captured the gorgeous moments and stunning floral designs.

JAI + RAKS, MELBOURNE, VICTORIA
We adore this cascading bouquet from Jai and Raks Melbourne wedding, and we love those crafty designers behind this floral piece of art even more! Jai tells us the wonder workers from Glasshaus were incredibly helpful from beginning to end, £Rocky was great from the start. She understood our budget and worked with us to create what we wanted within our range. My bridesmaids forgot their bouquets in the excitement of leaving our house. Luckily we were heading to Glasshaus for some sneaky snaps and to pick up my bridal bouquet so Rocky and her amazing team quickly whipped up two more.— Photos by Free the Bird Weddings.

CODI + RYAN, YANDINA CREEK, QLD
Sometimes roses can come off a little old fashioned, but this simply wasn’t the case at Codi and Ryan’s gorgeous Queensland wedding! With the mix of traditional oxblood red, pastel pinks, greens and earthier tones of the foliage, Codi mentioned one of her favourite details of the day were the stunning floral designs from Ginger Lily & Rose, £The flowers complimented and helped to create the vibe that we were aiming for, they were absolutely perfect!— Photos by Aaron Shum Photography.

TESS + CAM, MELBOURNE, VIC
City slickers Tess and Cam put on quite the Melbourne wedding for their nearest and dearest, and what could be more Melbourne than those awesome urban vibin’ side streets and those bold pops of colour! Badlands & Co were the team behind these gorgeous bouquets, whilst She Takes Pictures He Makes Films captured the beautiful designs.

TRINI + MICHAEL, ADELAIDE, SA
We’re head over heels obsessed with this stunning use of texture from Trini and Michael’s gorgeous bouquet. Poppies Flowers took the wintery theme and ran with it, creating these beautiful cotton designs, reminding us of snowy knolls and wintery nights! Photos by Dan Evans Photography.

CATRIONA + RICH, QUEENSTOWN, QLD
With a dress like that, it’s almost an impossible task creating a floral arrangement that is just as much a knock-out as Catriona’s stunning Oscar de la Renta gown! One Fine Day were responsible for the gorgeous blooms, and boy we adore the bold contrast from the bridal party and the stunning landscape! Photos by Fiona Andersen Photography.

JOSIE & LUKE, SUNSHINE COAST, NSW
Florist Frankie and Haley created the gorgeous floral arrangements at Josie and Luke’s Sunny Coast wedding. Rich tones and delicate greenery made for a dynamic bouquet.Photos by Janneke Storm.

SOPHIE + JOEL, MELBOURNE, VIC
Wowza! We’re not sure how they did it, but Mary Mary Studio has managed to create a bouquet that seems to be glowing golden! This totally unique design uses a beautiful array of contrasting blooms, floral and textural elements and we’re totally diggin’ it. Photos by Georgia Verrells.

TEGAN + BRADLEY, PULLENVALE, QLD
Subtle in colour, and yet these gorgeous bouquets pack a punch visually. In keeping with their outdoor wedding and love of nature, Tegan and Bradley opted for the beautiful work from The Village Flower Merchant to create some truely whimsical floral designs. Photos by Alice Mahran.
