What do you do when you’re planning an outdoor wedding-and it rains?
Bring the outdoors in, of course.
For Evyette and Jack their central focus was on making sure the Australian landscape was incorporated in their special day. “The moment we stepped into Allview Escape we knew this was the venue for us! It had a stunning view of a cliff face, was totally surrounded by bush and was completely cut off from roads, traffic and noise.”
Despite the rainy weather, photographer Zoe Morley used the etherial backdrop beautifully. The towering pine trees and soft fog make for a truely cinematic view. “She made everyone fee completely at ease, and had just the right techniques to get the perfect photos. And the results were spectacular. Honestly, some of the best wedding photography we’ve ever seen.”
The final touches were in the floral designs by Amanda Kearins from Sweet William Floral.”For us what really made it look stunning was the flowers. We had native Eucalyptus leaves dangling from the marquee roof, amazing table flowers and a great wall arrangement behind the bridal table. It really tied in with the feel and vibe that we were going for.”
On the morning of, both bridal parties crossed paths and bride and groom saw one another-pre ceremony! “The second we saw each other we rushed over and embraced in a big hug and said “I love you!” We both almost cried right there and then. Some people say it’s unlucky to see each other before the wedding, but it was such a special moment, that we think it’s lucky!”
