Hoping to create a less is more kind of day, Bron and Jeremey decided to have a ‘wedding weekend’ at The Bellmore Estate. “The Bellmore was one of the first properties I viewed and I still have the written piece of paper that says ‘The Bellmore PERFECT!’. Every aspect spoke to us from the quirky vintage furniture to the polished concrete floors it was a perfect mesh of the two of us.”
With an A+ crew of vendors behind them, the two enlisted favourites like Duck Duck Goose Catering and Anna of All Grown Up Weddings to be a part of their big day.” Anna took the time to understand us and how we worked; she knew we were not overly comfortable in front of the camera. Anna was very conscious when we were ‘fading’ and would either change location or pump us back up for another set of shots,” explains Bron, who paired her Samantha Wills with a gorgeous handmade gown.
“Five weeks before the wedding I FINALLY decided to make my own dress and I am so glad I did. In the end, it was a simple chiffon maxi skirt and separate shirt with a plunge back and subtle lace detail,” says the bride, adding that marriage goes well beyond love.
“It’s me following Jeremey patiently through endless rows of vinyl records and it’s him agreeing with my every time I irrationally think I see a shark in any (yes, any) body of water. It’s everything from asking one another if they want a cup of tea to being each other’s champion when the world says differently.”
