Well hello there! Firstly, HOW GOOD ARE THESE CURLS?! But hey, we’re not here to talk about them (although worthy shout out, right?). We’re actually here to showcase the glorious fashion, of course! You’ll find this epic editorial photoshoot (if we do say so ourselves), first featured in Issue 27 of Hello May magazine – shot by the talented, Cara O’Dowd on Chic Management’s Tahlia, made up by one of our go-to hair and makeup artists, Liv Lundelius.
There are wedding dresses galore (case in point, the cute Believer Beaded Gown and Puff Veil above from Karen Walker), complete without some serious bling from the Diamond Exchange used throughout and a couple of headpieces (from none other than Dove Grey Bridal found in Sydney’s Hope X Page Bridal Boutique) that we promise look cool, not cutesy.
The shoot is anything but simple, covering everything from a pink beaded gown (we’re looking at you, Alca Line Bride), to over-the-top-in-the-best-way sleeves from the ever-chic L’eto Bridal. There’s surprise lace detailing from our friends over at Daisy by Katie Yeung and an intricate, sexy number, thanks to a cool collab between KYHA and Queensland’s Sphere Bridal Gallery.
Oh and did we mention sequins in copious amounts from Sydney’s The Bridal Atelier? Or the perfect amount of skin balanced with dramatic sleeves from Prea James Bridal? And don’t miss a quality gown from Melbourne’s Luci Di Bella thrown in for some darn good measure.
