The Calile Hotel will set and supply everything you need, including glassware, silver cutlery, crockery, Calile chairs, table numbers, oak easels, gold Anna Varendorff vases, a white cake table, gold cake knife, white tablecloths, and oatmeal or white napkins.

In the months leading up to your wedding day, we invite you to enjoy a menu tasting experience. It’s the perfect opportunity to sample our wedding menu, finalise your selections and build the excitement for your upcoming celebration.

We offer three beverage packages, each thoughtfully put together to make the selection process effortless. If you’d prefer more flexibility, an on-consumption arrangement can also be organised.

While we strive to offer an unrivalled alfresco experience, Queensland’s weather can be as unpredictable as it is enchanting. To ensure your event runs seamlessly, you’ll need to secure a wet-weather function room when booking our Rooftop or Amphitheatre event space. This contingency ensures your celebration remains uninterrupted, regardless of the weather.

Absolutely. A rehearsal dinner is treated as a separate event from your wedding, so we’ll prepare a bespoke proposal and quote tailored to your requirements.

We have a curated selection of trusted florists, stylists, entertainers and other wedding specialists whose work we know and trust, and we’re happy to share our recommendations during the planning process.
