Friday’s in the HM office are food truck day and as we can’t have you all enjoy an epic feast with us, we thought we’d bring you ten insanely delish caterers. We know it’s not a brisket burger but it’s dang near the next best thing.
This diverse list aims to please with options ranging from off the grid cookouts (A big hello to The Wilderness Chef) to carefully curated culinary delights (Fourside Events is where it’s at).
We have also journeyed far and wide to make sure we didn’t forget our Western Australia peeps. Cue the Caribbean flavours of Soul Provider Catering and fresh seasonal goodness from Eat No Evil. For the Sunshine Coast gang, Journey Street Food is all things sublime.
For the foodie fiends wishing to deliver unique treats all wedding day long, Clover Culinary Projects is incred (Juniper meringue anyone?). Garnish Creative Catering has you sorted for epic grazing boards (and more) whilst Smith Street Foods has won us over with three simple words – steamed marmalade pudding.
Now, we shall let these delish pics, snapped by some of our fave photographers (scroll down for creds), do the rest of the talking. Make sure you have snacks on hand because the goodness below is bound to get your tummy grumbling…
