Rochelle clearly loves Rachel Gilbert and, admittedly so do we. Rochelle’s gorgeous gown and bridesmaids dresses were all created by the Australian designer and set the tone for their glamorous yet simple affair held at Bendooley Estate, a sexy venue located approximately 90 minutes south of Sydney.
“It took a long time for me to find £The Dress”. I should have gone into Rachel Gilbert’s shop first… I found the dress straight away with Rachael Gilbert’s tick of approval. I loved the uniqueness of it and the beading detail was stunning”, says Rochelle who despite a sudden downpour on her way down the aisle, couldn’t wipe the smile off her face – even when cow poo got in her way.
“I will never forget the long wet grass, dodging the cow dung and piggy back rides to get that £perfect shot to which James Frost succeeded in!” says Rochelle who carried with her a beautiful bouquet by Affair With George.
Her favourite moment however, was a rather violent one. “Smashing our handmade white chocolate smash cake with a hammer! It was a fun unique alternative to the standard wedding cake and it was a hit! There was chocolate EVERYWHERE!”
