When Kaitlyn and Luka started planning their wedding, they knew they’d want minimal decor to reflect their personal styles and to let their venue, Sydney’s Carriageworks, shine.
“I loved the industrial makeup of the place. We discussed it a bit, and we decided to go for it because we both found it to be the perfect fit,” explains Kaitlyn, who worked with Emma from Divine Events to create the perfect day.
“She helped create exactly what I wanted. The vibe was relaxed and simple, I didn’t want a very loud over the top wedding,” the bride explains, adding that her favourite detail from the day was the altar, handmade by Luka and his best man Josh.
“Coming down the aisle and seeing that was so heartwarming. I remember just staring at it while Adam was talking about marriage.. I was so distracted because it was so beautiful and such a surprised because I just really left everything up to them, I gave them no direction of how I really wanted it to look.”
“Being introduced as Mrs Kaitlyn & Luka Bosnjak as we walked down the stairs into the reception, all of our family friends cheering, will be a moment I’ll never forget – so flawless and I was so overwhelmed with joy!
