Having been dating for a whopping eight years and engaged for two, it seems Beck and Rob like to draw things out since by the time they got married they’d been together 10 years! “It seemed like a pretty awesome milestone to do something big,” Beck tells us, adding that they’d always known they wanted to get married in the South West.
“We travel there often, visiting the stunning beaches and tasting the delicious wine and food, so it made sense to have it there. We visited a couple of places before we went to Wise Winery and as soon as walked into Wise, we knew straight away that it would be the perfect venue. It is a gorgeous winery set on a hill overlooking the ocean. The food and wine are amazing and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.”
Going for a super cool mix-up of relaxed, natural, rustic and romantic, Beck and Rob opted for long tables featuring leaf garlands by Mable & Grace, prop hire from Aisle Style and one heck of a cake by Bake The Cake. “I loved how the whole styling of the day came together. From the invites, to the menu, table garlands ? and candles, seating chart and even the cake; everything came together and it all seemed to work.”
While the lovebirds say that all of their vendors were standout, they add that they “absolutely fell in love” with Maz from LiFe Photography. “She is a beautiful soul and is so very talented. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our special day memorable. She has way of making you feel so at ease and you can trust that she will capture the most perfect moments in the most stunning light – even if you have to jump fences to get there!”
