If you fancy a wholesome afternoon and are located in and around Brisbane then you might want to check out Mas & Miek’s Ceramic House. The crafty studio is housed in an old warehouse and offers up all sorts of private workshops from hand-building to paint-a-pot afternoons. The perfect prelude to an evening of champagne-sipping or just as a stand-alone event. There is also a coffee bar which will make sure everyone is feeling buzzed up and ready to go.

Anyone who has ever attended a couple of crafty workshops will know, full well, that they are a solid few hours of good times, banter and whole-hearted concentration. The Windsor Workshop offers Victorian gals a chance to celebrate with a whole host of neat and quirky workshops, ranging from Mexican Nichos making to topical fiesta watercolours.
