We are just as hostile towards Monday’s as you, dear readers, but today we are keen beans! We have the pleasure of presenting the brand spanking new Harmony II collection from Prea James Bridal and we are just a wee bit excited.

The collection is a continuation of Harmony I and showcases Prea’s trademark modern and sophisticated take on bridal. The sweet bevy is effortlessly chic, relying on feminine silhouettes and flattering cutouts in place of over the top embellishment.

Designed with a mind to providing something for every bride James explains, “What do I find flattering on myself and other women is a question I often ask myself. As someone with a bigger bust, I know a wrap style is very flattering, which is where the inspiration for the Cecile blouse came from.” This lovely lady has got your back, gals so get perusing.

Boasting one of our favourite current trends, the Valentina Gown provides the goods in the form of delicately beaded details whilst the waist cutouts offer a modern take on a classic silhouette. Also boasting flattering waist cutouts is the Carolyn Gown. T-shirt style and with a tasteful thigh split, this babe is a dreamboat.

Brides looking for a sleek, unembellished look are spoilt for choice with the Emilia Gown, Scarlott Gown and Asta Gown all playing on the brand’s ethos of simplicity. For something, just a touch extra brides can opt for the Tyler Gown or Brooke Gown, both of which expose a cheeky bit of skin around the waist.

When it comes to our personal favourite piece of the collection, its a resounding yes at Hello May HQ to the High Waisted Aurora Pant. Paired with the dreamy ruffle cuffs of the Cecile Blouse the entire look emanates sophisticated vibes. Bringing Australian natives to bridal wear, the Protea gown is another favourite.

Offering sizes 6 through to 16, the collection ranges from $890 to $6145. If you are feeling the urge to slip into these threads asap then pop on into the Prea James Bridal studio in Wollongong or one of the brands worldwide stockists. If you are in Sydney you might want to make your way on over to Hope X Page where the gals will be sure to treat you with a trunk show on the 13th-15th September. Down around Canberra? We highly recommend a visit to the newly opened Mrs Fray who will be hosting theirs between 18th-20th October.
