We’ve seen a fair bit from Karen Willis Holmes lately. Case in point, their best-selling gowns from their Wild Hearts collection shot in an epic French chateau-style location that you will find here and their core LUXE collection shot on a mountain top in South Australia that we blogged here. But nothing has been quite as exciting as this – the launch of their new collection within the LUXE range, Luna 2019.

Literally released this morning, the collection boasts seven brand-spanking-new gowns that have the designer’s signature style with a slight twist. Expect chic high necklines with sheer panelling and sleeves and the ever-flattering v-necks the brand has perfected collection after collection. There are new sequins, lace and beading in all the right places and as always, a cinched waist is dominant throughout, to flatter every figure. Yep, real gowns, for real women.

Described in a dreamy way by the designer, Karen says it’s a “soft yet sensual collection of heavily hand beaded gowns with a minimal luxe aesthetic, inspired by a 70’s poolside glamour sentimentality.” You’ll get all of these feels from the incredible location of the shoot – The Calile Hotel in Brisbane – (*Books weekend away while writing this post…) and translated in the imagery taken by the talented Janneke Storm.

Defined by the bride who buys one of these dresses for her big day, Karen adds… “The personality of this LUXE collection is accredited to the woman who wears it. She has her own distinct style, craves originality and leaves a lasting impression.” Sound like you? Scroll down for all the new pieces and swoon over them one by one.

Sizes of these particular gowns range from 4-16 and are priced from $3590 to $3790 (amazing we know!). You can get your hands on them at all Karen Willis Holmes boutiques Australia wide (she even has one in New York City, guys) and selected stockists globally. Make an appointment here. And when you’re done enjoying the below, don’t miss a bunch of real brides wearing Karen Willis Holmes in all their glory here. Our fave is from Cat & Chris’ Woolloomooloo Wedding.
