With a groom who had a knack for baking (literal brownie points here – and check out that wedding cake, all him!) Mica and Tom spent a cruisy 15 month engagement planning a day that represented them (AKA great food, booze, tunes and great times)!
The couple visited Newrybar Hall and fell in love with the Northern NSW venue. “It was the perfect size for an intimate wedding and had a small town feel with a view through the window to cows in the paddocks.” The bride adding that the hall also boasted a dedicated kids zone – perfect for a family orientated day!
As far as themes went, the pair decided to focus more on good vibes, with the groom and other family members offering their help in creating the delicious desserts, whilst the wonder workers behind Beautiflora created some rather stunning florals for the day.
As far as stand out vendors went, the couple agreed photographers Trent and Jessie went above and beyond. “Not only are they two of the nicest most genuine people we have ever met, they made us feel incredibly comfortable whilst they were photographing us.”
The gorgeous Made with Love donning bride offered this piece of advice to future brides and grooms, ” Whilst it’s easy to get caught up in all the little details, don’t lose sight of why you are getting married and what this day is all about because at the end of the day, it is just one day.”
Tom’s advice? Well as an accountant, he had this great gem of knowledge to pass on, ” It’s easy to get carried away as there are so many incredible images and styled shoots online, but you don’t want to start the next chapter of your life in debt. Your day will be amazing no matter how much money you spend.”
