If Helen wanted a wedding, she was going to have to earn it. On a cross country ski trip at Smiggin Holes in Perisher, Helen trudged through knee-deep snow, to the place where Simon, after six years together, decided to propose. “I thought if I can get her to the rock, the view will be amazing”, says Simon.
