After seven years together total and a 10-month engagement, Hannah and Ash decided to lock things down at one of Melbourne’s most beautiful venues, Glasshaus. “We searched for a few venues online. We were wanting a cool warehouse like venue. We had a list to visit one day and Glasshaus was the first one we saw. We loved it and decided to not look anywhere else. It was the best thing we did,” says Hannah, who described their special day as romantic and elegant.
Having opted for a city wedding close to home, this bride and groom say their day wedding was ‘completely them’ and that they have 100% no regrets. There to capture all the fun was the amazing Jai of Free the Bird Weddings. “Jai was so cruisy and stayed longer than he had to. Plus, he made us feel so relaxed,” the pair says, adding that they had quite a few favourite details.
“We loved our invites and the reception table setup was pretty remarkable. Also, the speeches were incredible!! Everybody spoke so well and we laugh a lot. So many nice things were said.”
And as far as marriage goes? These newlyweds know the drill. “Marriage is someone that you can totally depend on. Someone you can be your complete self around.” True that!
