Married in paradise, Aura and Jose celebrated their love in beautiful Ibiza. The bride (wearing Spanish designer Alejandra Valero) and groom (in Absolute Bespoke) exchanged vows in a charming church ceremony, before joining 300 of their favourite people at Atzaro for feasting and enough live entertainment to fill a small festival. Oh, and there was a tattoo bar too – iconic!
Describing their day as “f*cking awesome,” these lovebirds have no regrets, and say that their whole wedding team exceeded expectations, going “above and beyond. “Taking everybody to Ibiza was awesome,” the newlyweds reflect. “Besides celebrating our love, it was a weekend of celebration for everybody, and Ibiza has this great vibe that makes sharing happiness with your people so special.”

CELEBRATING AT AGROTURISMO ATZARÓ
“When we got there we just knew it was the place. We had visited tens of venues and private villas in Ibiza, the most beautiful and charming in the whole island, but when we first stepped into Atzaro we knew it was our place. We loved how beautiful it was, all the nature you have around, and the perfect size for the number of people we were inviting.”

“Flowers – Axel from Eiviss Garden really engaged with us and understood our vibe and what we were looking for… We also loved all the printed stuff from Invitarte. We worked very closely on all of it with them, they were extremely patient with us and our changes of mind, and really helped us in getting exactly [what] we wanted… Lastly, the music – band, DJs and tattoo artists made sure everyone had an incredible and unforgettable night. Everything from them was above our expectations, which were already very high.”
THE NEWLYWEDS’ STANDOUT MOMENTS
“We’ve been thinking about the answer to this question for a while, and finally we think it was when Aura got to the church. It definitely was the most special moment, it’s when everything starts, and also when a lot of things end. It’s the ‘here we go!’ The car ride from the church to the venue was very cool too. We stopped at the nearest bar once we left the church and had a beer with the photographer (Sandy Alonso) and the driver, five minutes after becoming wife and husband, all dressed in this little, simple bar. After we took some pictures, we had like a one hour drive and we had time to realise everything that had happened and that we were finally husband and wife, before getting to the venue with 300 hundred people. That time was just for us and it was great. The party with all of our friends together. It’s not easy to get all of your people from your different groups of friends, or from work, family, etc. together and that is one of the most special parts of the day. Everyone enjoyed it so much and had so much fun and we really loved that.”

“Now it’s funny, at the time it was not. Four days prior to the wedding day I (Jose) tried my shoes on, which obviously I ordered in my usual size, and noticed they were huge! Luckily, they had just one pair left, and in the size I needed, at the Gucci store. I was so close to getting married with clown shoes.”
