Tina and Nick, both software engineers, wanted a stress free wedding that was only about the two of them as Tina explains £We originally started going down the path of a large formal wedding in Los Angeles, but found ourselves stressed instead of enjoying the process so we threw our hands up and decided to “run away” to somewhere beautiful and remote and we’ve both never been before–Fiji fit the bill.
Enter Kama Catch Me, Fiji’s premiere wedding photography duo, who just so happen to specialise in organising and shooting off the beaten path weddings and elopements. Wearing a BHLDN gown Tina and Nick said I do on the shores of the stunning white-sand Lavena beach with what they thought was their photographers and celebrant as their only witness however Tina explains £after we both said “I do” and kissed, we heard clapping and turned around to see several locals sitting on the beach and enjoying the show.
Immediately after tying the knot, and with a little help from The Remote Resort, Tina and Nick took off on their first adventure as husband and wife – hiking up to not one but two beautiful waterfalls, the second of which they decided to leap off last minute into the waters below. Not a bad start to married life if you ask us.
