In just 15 short months (and with the help of some darn good vendors), Tatiana and Duncan planned the day of their dreams. A modern take on a classic wedding, the pair tells us, “We both really just love simplicity.”
Held at The Springs, Tatiana and Duncan say, “We had been there for lunch several times and fell in love with the view, the theming and the food. The Springs went above and beyond – especially Jake and Nicole who went out of their way to ensure every detail and every guest was absolutely taken care of (even the vegans haha!)”
Having found their photographer Hello May fave Scott Surplice Photography by “stalking wedding photos on Instagram” (as we all do!), the couple wanted a lensmen who would capture the true candid moments rather than poses. Check and check!
“Scott was perfect for us – exactly what we wanted, we would recommend him to anyone! He was brilliant – he understood exactly what we wanted and didn’t make us compromise in any way. He made an awkward bunt of people look a lot cooler and less awkward than we actually are,” says Tatiana, who couldn’t deny that those amazing cakes from Andy Bowdy Pastry were one of the best details of the day.
“The cakes were a highlight for us both as we were able to choose every flavour and even the colours used in our cakes!”
