In an effort to escape this cold, winter weather, we thought we’d bring you Sophie and Jeremy’s summertime wedding, beautifully shot by Gold Hat Photography and Soda Films. Their reception was held at Moby Dicks, a stunning beachside venue on Sydney’s north shore. £…as soon as we walked into Moby’s we both fell in love with the place, says Sophie who in her Grace Loves Lace gown, reminds us of a time when we ran wild and free, the sun against our skin and the horizon so far ahead.
£I wanted a relaxed, comfortable shape, and the Emme Waisted is made from elasticated lace, making it easy to get on and move around in. The detailing was perfect for the beachy theme of the wedding.
Knowing that everybody loves a good surprise, Sophie’s parents secretly organised a memorable, bright turquoise kombi from Kombi Celebrations to take the bridal party to the reception where guests enjoyed some comedic performances. £… the speeches, I don’t think we have ever laughed that hard before, they were very funny!
Loving the look of Moby Dicks and keen to check it out for your own summer wedding? Then be sure to head to their bridal fair on Sunday July 20. Doors open at 10am and entry is free! We’ll be there, as will loads of Moby Dicks and The Boat House’s preferred suppliers like Makeup By Megan, The Bridal Trousseau and Tillee Music. Click here for all of the details.
