Sarah and Daniel admit they were a bit “all over the place” when it came to wedding planning. “On one hand we thought we could do just our families, on the other hand – maybe a wedding in New York City, but that felt overwhelming. I was Googling beautiful homes in Greece – Daniel’s mother was born there and he often speaks of his connection to Greek culture. I found this beautiful home (Four Elements Villa) and said, ‘why don’t we get married here!’”
Sarah and Daniel opted for a simplistic celebration that went on for four amazing days in beautiful Greece. “Our priorities were that our guests felt taken care of. We wanted incredible food, wine, and champagne and kept everything else low-key,” says the bride, who looked stunning in her Karen Willis Holmes gown.
“I tried on the two piece and loved the simplicity and structure. I was comfortable and felt myself and – best of all- I felt it was the perfect party outfit for the party of our life,” explains Sarah, who raved about the amazing photos captured by Shari & Mike Photographers.
“They flew around the world and fit right in with our friends and family. They are the most selfless, loving people. They really listened to our desires for candid, journalistic style photography and let us just do a few minutes of posed photos. They really listened to us and went above and beyond during the week capturing our favourite moments.”
