For Marina and Andriy, there was no struggle to find inspiration for their big day. Taking note from boho, garden, rustic and vintage vibes, the two tied the knot at Fig Tree Restaurant in Byron Bay.
“It was love from first sight. There was everything what we needed: 100 year old tree, that has seen so much love, perfect sunset, natural beauty, privacy, views of the city and ocean and good food and service,” explains Marina, who, despite a long search finally found her ideal wedding photographer in Lucy of She Takes Pictures He Makes Films.
“I just said: Okay, Google, show me the best wedding photographers in Australia. So I found Lucy. She is a reflection of who I myself had once wanted to be, doing photography. She is completely my person. I am very happy that this story has happened and how it finished.”
With an awesome team of vendors and a whole lot of love behind them (including The White Tree, Byron Bay Weddings and The French Petal), it’s no wonder that Marina and Andriy (now happily married) were able to the wedding they’d been dreaming of.
“I always wanted this day to be not just a cool wedding party, but a day of unity, love and family, created for the two of us and filled with characters that have a special meaning.”
