Seeing this couple together was like having order envy, we wanted what they were having! A gorgeous wedding at Brisbane Powerhouse with an enormous serving of everlasting love, accompanied by homemade jam and plenty of friends.
“The Powerhouse was the perfect venue for us because it had the perfect balance between high-end and relaxed”, said Danielle who along with hubby Ryan, had decided on a low-key, cocktail-style reception. It was her DIY efforts however, that really paid off. “In terms of style and decorations, we ended up unintentionally having a vintage vibe because I love all things op-shop and vintage”. With the help of friends and family, Danielle and Ryan created everything from the bouquets and invitations to the cake and bonbonniere.
This gorgeous assortment of black and white pictures by Jess Marks Photography, goes to show just how creative this cute couple are. And how romantic Ryan is! “We had decided against having an £official first dance, so when Ryan put on Tender by Blur and surprised me with an impromptu dance, it was very romantic, especially since he is not fond of dancing!” In that white dress, we don’t blame him.
