Corrine and Tim don’t just throw epic wedding parties. They are also a pretty cool and adventurous duo. Tim proposed to Corinne after five months on the Pacific Crest Trail with a ring he secretly had made whilst the couple were trekking, so naturally, we are a lil speechless over here (*furiously makes notes for own bf*). The duo’s wedding day was just as fun and is emanating cruisey holiday vibes. THE VENUE “We really wanted to get married in the backyard. The problem was, we didn’t have one. We looked around for a while and saw lot’s of venues but none of them really felt like us. They seemed to be very complicated and pricey. In the end, we drove into the campground and asked if they would host a wedding. They said yes and it was perfect!”
THE VIBE “We really wanted our day to be relaxed and about the family and friends who’d travelled so far to be with us. I love everything boho so the theme travelled on from the first thing we booked which was our teepees.”
FAVOURITE DETAILS “We had our rings in a small wooden box which was passed around all our friends and family to think good thoughts and happy vibes to us both before we said our vows. My flowers were also really special to me as they were made up by a dear friend of ours. There were lot’s of gum leaves to remind me of home and natives from trees in the campground as well as some special brought in flowers. There was even a pheasant feather in my bouquet.”
FAVOURITE MOMENT “I hid behind a caravan with my Dad before he walked me down the aisle. I had a quick conversation with a couple who were enjoying their holiday. They wished me luck!”
LITTLE LOL “Our incredible photographer, Alex, took his pants off and got into the lake to take photos of us on the shore. We think that’s dedication!”
