Every once in a while we like to bring you something from across the seas. Especially when it’s something as sweet as this engagement shoot by Erin & Geoffrey Photography of Cat and Mike – a fun couple who first met and fell in love in New York City.
Their day began in Prospect Park in Brooklyn before they made their way toward the water to admire views of Manhattan – their next pit stop. “Before we took a train to Manhattan, we stopped at a local food store in Dumbo where we stocked up on yummy organic lemonade and organic salted almond dark chocolate and boarded the subway to Manhattan where a rooftop scenic overlook awaited us”, says Geoff who had a blast capturing Cat and Mike under the late afternoon’s warm glowing light.
A husband and wife team hailing from L.A. Erin and Geoffrey threw themselves into the world of wedding photography seven years ago. “This was one of the easiest/hardest decisions of our life”, says Geoffrey who since being named one of the top photojournalist in Louisiana, has never looked back.
