We can’t begin to tell you how much work (and scrolling) goes into compiling these Top 20 to Follow on Instagram Posts – but oh man are they popular! In August last year we blogged our Top 20 Florists to Follow on Instagram and so many of you, our dear readers, told us you found your dream floral styling genius through this list we thought we better hop to compiling a stationery one.
Stationery, after all, really sets the tone for the day as it’s the first thing your guests receive in the mail. So whether you’re after letterpressed invitations, gold foil typography or invitations carved out of metal (yes, metal!) we’ve got you covered. You’ll find dreamy place cards written in french calligraphy on raw silk, translucent envelopes and wax seals to boot not to mention coasters, menus and all of the signage pieces one finds they need come their wedding day.
Now, keep your Insta handy because we recommend following each and every one of these oh-so-talented stationery designers (who we’ve listed in no particular order because we bloody love them all). Now get scrolling…
We’re long time fans of the Peppermint Press team here at Hello May. You’ll find the dreamiest invitations over on their Insta like the elegant Magnolia Suite which just so happens to be all of our blush dreams come to life and the dark and moody Amour Suite (if wonderfully thick black card stocks and white french calligraphy is your thang). After a custom map or wax seal? They’ve got you covered there too.
A menu and place card all rolled into one (above)! Following Evergreen Ink is literally saving you money with nifty ideas like this. Fellow stationery nerds will also find dreamy paper textures, gold foil and letterpressed details in all of the right places and contemporary designs to boot. They also offer a bespoke service for beautiful one-of-a-kind invitations made especially for you and the one you love.
We’re forever on board with any Aussie owned AND made businesses! If COVID taught us anything it’s that we’ve gotta support local and Rebel Reflect are one such business. Their Insta is brimming with some serious stationery goodness… you’ll also find snazzy printing techniques like blind embossing and white inks (above) as well as unique materials like printing on translucent vellum and metal (yes metal!). Want to see examples? Lucky for you they have a handy break down of all the printing styles available to you here on their website – the sky is literally the limit with these gals.
Another day, another Insta simply brimming with awesome AF invitations and paper goods. Studio Nard are masters of typography and offering semi-custom and fully custom designed options for couples looking to wow their guests with some seriously snazzy paper goods. Proving their here to help any way they can, they regularly post inspiring finds from the fashion world (like these snazzy earrings which would be perfect for your lobes).
We’re legit obsessed with the creative team behind Sunday Nude. You’ll find everything on their Gram from their digital/paper-free invitation options to their expansive collection of ready to go designs (we love Avoca and Lola) not to mention all the little bits and pieces you may need like menus, place cards and bar signs (oh my!).
Life is Peachy
If you want your wedding invitations to inspire fun times and warm hugs then you need Life is Peachy in your life. A simply scroll through their Instagram fills our day with joy. We’re particularly smitten with their Glitter Bomb invitation. You can shop by theme, colour or print type on their website too which we find super handy too.
Translucent envelopes recycled torn edge paper stocks, gold foil details – these are the kind of romantic AF details you’ll be scrolling through on the daily when you follow Pepa Press. Head to their website and you’re bound to be wowed by the diverse mix of invitations in their capsule collection along with their custom design service not to mention their 1920’s printing press fondly named Connie after owner Jana’s grandmother.
Jem and I
You won’t find any lace, frills or pearls here my friends – just cutting edge designs like this (like this Botanica Collection, above) that will be launching soon. Throwing a follow Jem and I’s way will see your feed filled with inspiring invitation options (like this modern Save The Date).
Hand-drawn illustrations and modern calligraphy are positively bursting from the seams of Quills feed. Just wait till you see the custom watercolour illustrations owner Heidi is doing of your wedding venue. We’re also a wee bit obsessed with their calligraphy banner too which you can order easily via their online store.
We featured Terrace Press owner Alex’s own wedding day (which you can check out here) and she just continues to blow us away with her beautiful letterpressed invitations. Her coasters, pictured above, add a special touch to any table (we should know, we used them here at the launch of our 2019 Real Wedding Special). You’ll find some seriously inspiring invites on her feed, made with love with her TWO (yes she’s that in-demand she needs two) 1960 Heidelberg windmill letterpress printers. Check out their full range of invitations and shop their greeting cards before you hit the below follow button.

Peach Perfect Stationery
Well isn’t this invitation suite (pictured above) just the most beautiful thing you ever have seen! Perfect for a winter wedding. Whether you’re after coloured invitations or some kind of floral explosion there is something here to suit every couple and every style of wedding.
Another designer we’ve been fans of for the better part of a decade, the good folk of September Creative always bring love and fun to each and every design they create. Their Insta isn’t just filled with epic invitations though, they are also responsible for creating some seriously fun custom cake toppers (which you can shop right here as luck would have it).

The newest edition to the HM community, Petite Paper Co blew us away with their modern take on wedding stationery, aka: The Momento Suite, pictured above. They use colour and shape in all the right places (check out their Botanical Suite here, it ain’t what you think!) and their Insta is a dream to scroll through for those inclined to all things pretty paper goods for their wedding day.
