Happy Monday, folks! We don’t usually serve you up fashion on a Monday, but hey, we love throwing rules right out the window and today we are showcasing the phenom new collection from Temple by Bo & Luca. So if form-flattering silhouettes, whimsical sleeves and a touch of sparkle sounds like you, you’re in for a real treat. “The Bo & Luca bride has a sure sense of self,” explains the talented designer. “She exudes a quiet confidence, with an appreciation for craftsmanship and attention to detail. We really went back to our Bo & Luca roots with this collection. We played with modern, yet romantic silhouettes and bold, botanical laces to bring our brides a dreamy collection of wedding day looks to say yes to.”

Conceptualised in the year of COVID, they shared a glimpse into the creation of this collection with us, as well as all the glorious pics that you’ll find below. “Being starved of physical travel has really sparked our imagination into dreaming up gowns that suit various destinations and our brides that get married there. Last year really afforded us the time to listen to our brides and stockists and the feedback we received took centre stage.”

There are 12 new pieces, including a pair of damn fine wide-leg pants and a blouse that is literally perfection. “We’ve seen a rise in brides wanting an element of customisation to their gowns, just enough for them to put their own unique flair into their wedding day look. Recognising this need, we’ve created gowns and separates that allow our brides to do just that. Think minimalist silhouettes that can be dressed up with voluminous lace tops and jackets, or something as simple as the opportunity to choose between a blush or ivory lining.”

If you’re serious about wedding dress shopping, we’re sure you’ll want to know the nitty-gritty, so here it is… “In the spirit of inclusivity and championing body positivity, we are happy to share that the majority of our Temple by Bo & Luca pieces will be available in AU sizes 6 to 20. Furthermore, all of our gowns will also be available in split sizes.” Impressive much? And the price point? It’s from $1300 to $4000, making sure there is something for everyone.

And if you’re looking for more from this incredible designer (once you’re done here, of course), you’ll find one of their gowns from their previous collection (Civil by Bo & Luca) in our Top 20 Bridal Gowns Under $1000 round-up and a real bride (and happy customer) we have featured wearing one of their gowns here. You can also buy online (from May 7th), or at select stockists, which you’ll find here, including one of our fave Queensland boutiques, Bloom. But first, scroll down for all the gorgeous pieces in one place below…
