If you’ve been part of the extended Hello May family for a while, then you’re already aware of how much we adore The Babushka Ballerina. For any new members, welcome – it’s time to get excited!
The Babushka Ballerina was an idea brought to life by Sierra Ramke who, as a lover of all things elegant and ethereal, wanted to create a beautiful space where Australian brides could come and find THE dress. Her vision quickly took flight and now along with her own designs, Sierra also stocks gowns by Anna Campbell and Maria Lucia Hohan, among others. Now, having had so much success in Queensland, The Babushka Ballerina is coming to Sydney, with a new boutique set to open in May this year!
What’s equally exciting, is that they’ve recently teamed up with our favourite Kiwi friends, Rue De Seine. Their amazing collection of vintage-inspired, bohemian gowns have become so popular here in Australia that The Babushka Ballerina has decided to hold a trunk show in Brisbane on April 4th and 5th with a Sydney one to follow in May… so stay tuned for dates!
Melbourne brides, don’t panic! The Bridal Atelier will also be showcasing Rue De Seine’s pretty pieces at their trunk show on April 11th and 12th.
