Before we only ever wore headpieces when we were young and pretending to be Jasmine from Aladdin. But now Frankly My Dear has come along and made them a popular modern-day wedding accessory. Who ever said you had to wear a veil? And quite frankly, we like them.
Made primarily from beautiful, raw crystals, each unique headpiece is designed and handcrafted by owner Samantha Martin, who tells us “having had the wedding of my dreams on a DIY budget it was important to create affordable statement pieces that set out to be as memorable as the day itself.”
This romantic shoot by Hello May fave Cassandra Ladru, featuring gowns by Bohemian Brides, hair by Loveloxx and makeup by The Beauty Case, illustrates not only the number of wonderful Queensland vendors available, but the glamour and intricacy of each statement piece and their impact against an otherwise simple setting.
