Summer is finally here so we thought we’d kick one of our fave seasons off right by releasing issue 19 of Hello May on sale from today and stocked in newsagents nationally. Our gorgeous cover features the Queensland wedding of Laura and Alec with photos by Sunny Coast lens lady Janneke Storm.

As usual this issue we’ve featured and chatted to 10 couples who have all recently tied the knot? sure we’ve shown you their gowns, blooms, cakes and invitations so you can gather inspo for your own day of good times, but we’ve also asked them for their wise words of wisdom as someone who’s just come out the other side of this whole wedding planning thing.

We’ve also upped the fashion anti this issue and included not one, not two but three epic editorials spewing forth with new season getups and goodies for you to git down in on your day of good times. From stunning Made With Love gowns to bohemian Rue De Seine frocks with a touch of couture by way of Vera Wang and recycled goodness from Lost In Paris there is something in there for every kind of bride-to-be. Big ups to Jack Steel, Cara Odowd and The Future Mrs for their work on these shoots.

But if that wasn’t enough awesomeness there’s also plenty of laugh out loud editorials as well as some rather snazzy comps! Regular readers will know the drill entering is super easy, just pick up your copy from your local newsagent and flip to our bits and bobs section to read all about it! We also have eight watches from The Horse up for grabs (they make great groom and bridal party gifts) – you’ll find the details to this comp on our ed’s letter page.

Speaking of our ed’s letter page – you’ll find a few rainbows littered throughout this issue in celebration of Australia voting a big resounding YES for love during the ABS Same Sex Marriage Postal Plebiscite. We’re huge supporters of equality here at HM and look forward to the day marriage is a legal right for all Australian’s.

You’ll find Hello May stocked at all good newsagents through out Australia and New Zealand (the later of which will be getting the mag in two short weeks) In the mean time you can search for your nearest stockist by suburb or postcode right here.
