Life was made a little easier for these two when their friends from Glenmaggie Wines offered to host their wedding. A beautiful winery in Gippsland, Victoria it was all the inspiration they needed for their relaxed, outdoor wedding.
To match their laid back vibe, Laura wore a stunning yet simple Carla Zampatti gown and chose photographer Louise Buma from Sunny & Scout to capture their day. A talented lady whose images are as effortlessly charming as they are.
For decorations they sourced hundreds of glass jars for their bomboniere and printed their own stationary, designed by clever friend. They also picked up some cool bits, like their hot air balloon wishing well from BHLDN and accessories from Typo.
It all came together perfectly and their wedding was every bit as wonderful as they’d imagined. Everything except their marriage certificate. “It turns our that our celebrant had my surname wrong!” tells Laura. “After a panicked late night phone call we managed to get a new, correct certificate”. Just in time before heading off on their seven month honeymoon!
