I’m Maggie, founder and creative behind Pulkra Floral. With over nine years experience in flowers, I’ve developed a distinctive style that is artful, considered and a little bit unexpected. I love sharing it with couples who want their wedding to feel completely like them.

I work from my little studio in sunny Brisbane, creating full-service wedding florals from Noosa to Byron Bay. We use Australian-grown, seasonal flowers and sustainable mechanics, allowing the season and the flowers themselves to shape each celebration.

I’m drawn to couples who aren’t looking for a standard traditional wedding. Maybe you love beautiful things but don’t want everything to feel too polished. Maybe you have a strong sense of style but aren’t quite sure how to bring it all together. Or maybe you just want something a little extra, a little unexpected, maybe even a little weird!

My favourite work happens when there’s trust and creative freedom. I love getting to know my couples, understanding their desires and then collaborating to create something that feels personal.

My process begins with the seasons. We work with local growers and trusted connections to source what’s naturally in bloom, creating designs that are unique to you, your celebration and the time of year.

For us, flowers should feel like part of the story rather than an afterthought or simply decoration.

Do you offer wedding packages?

At Pulkra, we don’t offer standard wedding packages. Instead, we believe in flexibility and creative freedom, allowing us to design florals that are completely customised to your unique style and vision. Every couple deserves a floral experience that’s highly personal, thoughtfully tailored, and truly one of a kind.

What is your pricing?

We’re happy to work with a range of budgets whether you’re planning a micro wedding, an elopement, or something more extravagant. Since every floral design is custom and tailored to your unique vision, our pricing varies accordingly.

As a general guide:
• For full-sized weddings, our couples typically invest between $4500 – $8,000
• For micro weddings and elopements, the average investment ranges from $700 – $2,500

Do you have a minimum spend?

No, we don’t currently have a minimum spend.

What if I don't know what i want for my wedding florals?

You’re not alone! Many of our couples come to us without a clear vision, and that’s perfectly okay. We’re here to help guide you through the process and discover floral styles that truly resonate with you.

To begin, we recommend thinking about the overall atmosphere or mood you want to create on your wedding day – romantic, modern, whimsical, minimalist, etc. We’ll build from there. The most important thing is that your celebration feels authentic and meaningful to you. We’ll work together to create something beautiful that reflects your story.
