FAQ

What services are offered for weddings?

We can look after all of your wedding flower needs, from your bouquets and personal items through to your ceremony and reception. We also handle all of the logistics for you on the day, so you can sit back and enjoy it.

How far in advance should we book?

We suggest booking 6–12 months in advance, but we can easily work within a shorter planning timeframe.

We do recommend paying your booking fee as early as possible, as we only take a limited number of weddings each weekend. After your booking fee is paid, we can easily sort through changes and revisions to the order details. Nothing needs to be firmly set in stone until six weeks before your wedding day.

Are some flowers seasonal?

Yes, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature, and weather conditions have a significant impact on flower availability.

For example, peonies are only available for a few weeks in mid-spring (most often November). However, their availability can change from year to year, depending on how cold the winter has been and how wet the early weeks of spring are.

How much do wedding flowers cost?

There is a lot of variability when it comes to wedding flower prices. Most of our couples spend between $3,500-$7,000 on their wedding flowers.

We suggest allocating 10-15% of your total wedding budget. However, if you want florals to be a significant part of the experience, we recommend allocating closer to 25-30% of your total budget to flowers. You can learn more about flower budgets here.

Where are you located?

Our design team is based in Cronulla in Southern Sydney, NSW.

We coordinate flowers for couples getting married across Sydney and surrounding areas, including the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Highlands, Northern Beaches, Hunter Valley and Blue Mountains.

How do I arrange a consultation?

The first step is to submit an initial enquiry. We’ll then confirm whether your date is available.

From there, we’ll send you an online questionnaire along with our Ultimate Wedding Flower Planning Guide to help you navigate all things flowers. We can then book a phone consultation, followed by an in-person meeting closer to your day.

Do I need a complete vision to get started?

No, not at all.

We do suggest doing a little research into the types of flowers, tones and designs you like. Everyone’s tastes are different, and there are endless options when it comes to wedding flower design. Even one or two inspiration photos can point us in the right direction, and you can then leave the rest to us.

You don’t need to have thought through every detail. We’ve managed hundreds of weddings and know our local venues incredibly well. We’re always happy to provide suggestions and options for ceremony and reception styling too.
