The brains behind Chris and Ruth Photography, Chris and Ruth found each other in 2009 and married two and a half years later. Now living in Germany as husband and wife, this photographer couple firmly believes in marriages and always does their best to capture the raw and true love between two people.
“We love weddings and we love to travel and most of all we love destination weddings. To meet different people from different countries and cultures and celebrate together is such a pleasure to us. Still can’t believe how blessed we are to travel the world together and capture the best days of your lives! We love life and the moments when we get the feeling of freedom and the possibility to enjoy it,” the pair explains, having recently taken on the big bad world of inspiration shoots.
Aptly titled ‘Wanderlust’, this shoot was held on the picturesque west coast of the Algarve in Portugal, where the rough and windy setting was key. With black rocky beaches dominating the colour palette of the shoot, rugged and elegant went hand in hand thanks to the contrast of a stunning and elegant Rue De Seine contrasting the harsh environment.
Thanks to hair and makeup by Rebecca Kugler and a beautiful bouquet by Suzannah’s Flowers, this model was a sure stunner. With help from My Bro Tie, Hey Love and Schû?nmich this styled shoot is sure to inspire – proving that you don’t need a primped and proper setting to look damn good on your wedding day.
