Nestled between the white sands of Seven Mile Beach and the cabbage tree palm-studded shore of Wallis Lake, The Palms Pavilion is a boutique waterfront wedding venue like no other.
The venue lies metres from the edge of Wallis Lake, with unobstructed views west, allowing you access to one of the only places on the east coast of Australia that you can witness a sunset over water – The icing on the cake to your magical day. Behind you, the Pacific Ocean crashes along the beach, and beside you, this little stretch of paradise is flanked by the iconic palm forest of Booti Booti National Park. The venue was architecturally designed to make the most of the natural light, premium waterfront location, and grassed terrace on the foreshore, with a simple interior, allowing you the perfect space to add your signature touch. The Pavilion can comfortably host between 120 and 140 guests sit down, and up to 200 guests cocktail style, offering total privacy and exclusivity. Palms Pavilion is located adjacent to Tiona Holiday Park, where guests can be accommodated in cabins and glamping tents, and is right next to The Green Cathedral – a natural ceremony site complete with wooden pews and enclosed by the palm forest, less than 50 metres from the venue.

What is included in your venue hire fee?
Our venue hire includes exclusive use of Palms Pavilion, our waterfront wedding venue, for your wedding, along with access to our ceremony and reception spaces. You’ll also have use of our furniture, basic setup and pack down, and support from our dedicated wedding coordinator to help bring everything together. We’ll guide you through the planning process and assist on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What wedding packages do you offer?
We offer a range of wedding packages designed to suit different styles and preferences – from relaxed cocktail-style celebrations through to seated dining experiences. Each package can be tailored to your vision, with flexibility around food, beverage, styling, and timing. Whether you’re planning a waterfront wedding reception or a more intimate celebration, we’re always happy to walk you through the options and help create something that feels just right for your day.
Do you have wet-weather options?
Yes, we do. We always have a wet-weather plan in place to ensure your day can run seamlessly regardless of the conditions. Our indoor space provides a beautiful backup option for both your ceremony and reception, so you can feel confident knowing you’re covered if the weather changes.
How many guests can your venue accommodate?
Palms Pavilion is a versatile NSW wedding venue that can comfortably cater to both intimate celebrations and larger weddings. We can host smaller gatherings with a relaxed feel, right through to larger guest lists – generally accommodating up to around 130 guests depending on your chosen format and setup.
Can couples choose their own vendors?
Yes – couples are welcome to choose their own vendors for elements such as styling, florals, photography, and entertainment. We do have a list of trusted suppliers we love working with if you’d like recommendations, but ultimately you’re free to build your dream team. The only exception relates to catering and beverages, which are managed in-house to ensure a consistent experience for every wedding at Palms Pavilion.
