SoirΓ©e Station is a Gold Coast wedding stationery and signage studio, founded by designer Amy.

Amy brings over 12 years of experience in graphic design, marketing and advertising, along with an editorial eye and a deep appreciation for considered detail.

From beautifully composed invitation suites to menus, place cards, signage and the finishing details in between, Amy designs each piece to feel intentional, timeless and unmistakably yours.

SoirΓ©e Station offers both semi-custom and fully bespoke wedding stationery. Each design goes beyond the paper, setting the tone, telling your story and becoming part of the atmosphere of your day.

For celebrations that call for something a little more considered, a little more personal and beautifully you.

Because your wedding isn’t generic. Your stationery shouldn’t be either.

I can’t wait to hear from you!

FAQ

What services do you offer?

SoirΓ©e Station specialises in thoughtfully designed wedding stationery and signage, covering every detail from the first invitation to the wedding day itself.

This includes invitation suites, menus, place cards, seating charts, welcome signs, bar menus and other personalised details. We offer both semi-custom collections and fully bespoke design services, allowing couples to create a cohesive aesthetic that feels considered, personal and true to their celebration.

When should we book our wedding stationery?

We recommend sending Save the Dates 8–12 months before your wedding, followed by invitations approximately 3–4 months beforehand.

For on-the-day stationery and signage, it’s best to begin the design process around 3–4 months before your celebration. However, you can secure your booking and current pricing earlier, with details such as final guest numbers confirmed closer to the date.

Our typical design and production timeframe is 4–6 weeks. We take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every couple receives a considered and personalised experience. For this reason, we recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your date.

What's the difference between semi-custom and bespoke stationery?

Our semi-custom collections offer a beautiful starting point, with existing designs that can be personalised with your wording, colours and selected details.

Bespoke stationery is a more collaborative creative process. We develop an entirely original design inspired by your wedding, aesthetic and story.

Both options are thoughtfully designed, with the difference being the level of creative customisation and individuality.

Can you create stationery and signage that all coordinate?

Absolutely! In fact, creating a cohesive visual story is at the heart of what we do. From your invitation suite and save-the-dates to your menus, place cards, seating chart and welcome signage, we can carry your chosen design elements throughout the celebration. This creates a considered look that feels connected from the moment your guests receive their invitation to the day they arrive at your wedding.

What makes SoirΓ©e Station different from others in the industry?

What makes SoirΓ©e Station special is the personal approach behind every design. With over 12 years of experience across graphic design, marketing and advertising, I bring a strong creative perspective to each project, but my love for weddings is what makes it even more meaningful!

After getting married myself in 2026, I found an even deeper appreciation for the little details that bring a wedding together. Having experienced the planning journey firsthand, I wanted to create something that goes beyond beautiful stationery. I want couples to feel understood, involved and genuinely excited about the creative process.

I take the time to get to know each couple, their style and their vision, creating stationery and signage that feels like a natural extension of their celebration.
