Yes. Every Argent custom engagement ring is made to order by a small team in our studio in Mount Beauty, in the foothills of the Victorian Alps. You can customise one of our signature designs or create a fully bespoke engagement ring from scratch. Bring an idea, an inspiration image, or something meaningful, and we’ll design a one of a kind piece with you, with a design mockup or sketch available before we make it.

Every ring is hand carved, polished and stones set in our own studio rather than mass produced, so you know exactly where and how your ring was made.

We handcraft men’s wedding rings and wedding bands to order in our Victorian studio, with a focus on non traditional, organic designs: soft edges, textured and nature inspired finishes, and comfort fit profiles that feel good for everyday wear. Bands can be customised in width, profile, finish, and metal, and we offer virtual consultations to get the fit and style right as well as wax versions of our men’s bands for him to try on at home.

Yes. Curved and fitted wedding bands are one of our specialties. If your engagement ring has a low set or unusual profile that leaves a gap against a straight band, we can shape a band to follow it exactly. Our wedding ring designs are also created to stack seamlessly with most engagement ring styles, whether or not we made the original ring. We offer a collection of curved wedding bands that are naturally organic, with soft curves, made to be worn either stacked with your solitaire or on their own; we can also design a bespoke curved or fitted wedding band to pair perfectly with your engagement ring.

Yes, we love giving inherited stones a new life. We may be able to reset heirloom diamonds from a family ring into a new engagement ring or wedding band designed around them, so the sentiment carries forward in a piece you’ll actually wear. Bring the original piece to a consultation, in person or virtual, and we’ll design around your stones whenever possible.

Yes. We offer wax try on kits and rings, so you can test your engagement ring or wedding ring design’s size, profile, and feel at home before we craft the final piece. Combined with design mockups and virtual consultations, this means you can be confident in your ring even if you never set foot in our studio.

Yes. Through our metal recycling programme, you can send us your old gold and receive a buy back credit to put towards your new engagement ring or wedding ring. It’s a meaningful way to fund a new piece with metal that’s been sitting unworn, and it fits how we work: all Argent jewellery is made with recycled precious metals.
