SOCO brings a fresh approach to wedding hire across Sydney and NSW, combining beautiful furniture, tableware and styling pieces with genuine expertise (and a bit of personality!) to help create celebrations that feel effortless, intentional and unforgettable.

From ceremony seating and statement furniture to tableware, linen, lighting and décor, our collection is about more than filling a space. It’s about choosing pieces that work together to create the atmosphere you’ve imagined.

What details do I need to give you to get a quote?

We know how overwhelming it can be to start the wedding or event planning process, and our goal is always to uncomplicate event hire!

Here’s a very easy list of the details we need to send you a quote:

– Your contact details (Name, email address and phone number)
– Event date and location
– Guest numbers
– An overview of your vision, aesthetic or colour palette (this can be as simple as “I love blue, green and white” or “I really want a fun, spring vibe”)
– What items you’re looking to hire

And that’s it! We will definitely still have lots of questions for you, because we can’t keep our nose out of the entire planning process, but that is all we need to get the ball rolling.

Can I change my order after I've booked?

We’re not a “book it” and fall off the face of the earth kind of team. We’re with you every step of the way. If you want to lock in the main hire pieces first, then add more interesting and colourful bits along the way, please do – in fact, we encourage it!

Once you’ve settled on a colour palette or florals, you can add the extra bits – decorative cushions, coloured napkins, table lamps and all the things that bring that extra ‘oomph’ to your core pieces.

Can I see the furniture and tableware before my event?

Absolutely!

This is exactly why we created the SOCO Studio, where you can see our furniture and tableware in person.

We know hiring online can sometimes be hard to visualise, especially when you’re trying to pull together colours, textures, proportions and all the little details.

At the studio, you can compare options side by side and get a better feel for what will work in your space.

Our team can also guide you through selections, answer questions and help refine your order if needed.

Appointments can be booked with our team during studio opening hours.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, our minimum hire spend is $700.

The reason is – every order, no matter the size, goes through the same process.

Careful prep. Quality checks. Packing. Logistics planning. Admin. It’s the same level of attention whether you’re hiring 10 chairs or 110.

The minimum allows us to maintain the quality, service and reliability we’re known for.

We’re not the right fit for every event, and that’s okay, but if you want a hire company that cares for the service and the products, we’re all in!
