Fashion Week chaos and wedding-morning chaos aren’t so different — turns out the skills transfer perfectly, and my job is to make sure your morning flows so calmly you would never realise if there was even a hint of the “C” word. As a solo, travel-loving hair artist, I bring all of that to you, wherever your wedding happens to be.

Because your wedding morning shouldn’t be the first time we’ve met. A trial is where we work out what actually suits you — and it’s often more revealing than my clients expect. A style can look stunning in your mind, or on Pinterest, but once it’s actually on you it can feel like a completely different thing.

It might still be a beautiful style, just not necessarily the most beautiful version of you. That’s where I come in — gently guiding you toward the options that truly suit your features, so you walk away feeling like the best, most authentic version of yourself.

A trial also lets us test how your hair holds up over a long day, and gives us time to get comfortable enough that by your wedding morning, I feel like a friend in the room — not just someone doing a job.

Always, and I genuinely love it. I have a real appreciation for tradition, culture and the different ways love is celebrated around the world, and travelling for weddings is one of the most beautiful ways I get to witness that. Every culture brings its own customs and symbolism to a wedding day, and being trusted to be part of that is something I never take for granted.

It starts with a quick enquiry through my website, but from there, it’s a real conversation — I want to properly understand your vision before we talk logistics. Packages typically include a trial, styling for you on the morning itself, and touch-ups to keep you flawless well into the reception. I can also accommodate your bridal party, so nobody in your photos is left out of the glow-up. Every detail — timing, styling, extras — gets locked in together around six weeks out, so nothing is left to guesswork.

Absolutely — I love being part of your entire journey, not just the final morning. If you’re after a fresh cut or colour ahead of your wedding, I offer the full service out of a premium salon in Toowoomba, so your hair isn’t just beautifully styled on the day, but healthy, glossy and camera-ready from the inside out. Whether that’s a subtle refresh or a bigger transformation, we can build it into your timeline well in advance, so by the time your wedding morning arrives, your hair is already in its best possible condition — leaving styling to do the rest.

I’d recommend booking around 12 months ahead, particularly for popular spring dates. Wedding season fills quickly, and because I only take on one wedding per day as a solo artist, dates can book out well in advance. That said, if your wedding is sooner and you’re wondering whether there’s still room, it never hurts to ask — I’m always more than happy to accommodate if I can!

If rain is on the cards, I come prepared with products and setting sprays designed to combat moisture, and if needed, we can even adjust to a style that holds up beautifully against the elements while still looking every bit as stunning.

Clean hair is actually your best friend on wedding morning — it takes product beautifully, holds curls and texture perfectly, and styles into whatever look we’re going for without needing a mountain of dry shampoo or disturbing your roots. It also means your style lasts longer — take the pins out, give it a brush, and if you’re lucky, it’ll fall beautifully into soft waves or curls you can enjoy for a couple more days after the wedding.
