Little Things Events

One of Perth’s most trusted wedding planners, with close to 200 weddings and 85+ five-star reviews behind us, we’re a Perth-based wedding and event planning, design and management studio built for couples who want their day to feel completely their own, without carrying the stress of getting there themselves.

With over 15 years in events, we bring the experience and calm to match the polish, so you’re in safe hands from the very first conversation.

We believe luxury isn’t a bigger budget, it’s better decisions, and someone protecting your vision rather than replacing it with their own. Once fifteen vendors are involved, that’s the only way to keep a day feeling unmistakably yours.

It’s the little things, the unseen moments, the thoughtful details, the considered touches, that turn a beautiful day into an unforgettable one. We obsess over them so that on the day, you don’t have to.

From full-service planning, design and management, through to styling and month-of coordination, we stay personally involved for the full journey, not just when it’s convenient, so your wedding feels completely you, right down to the details you never had to think twice about. Because we know that the luxury is in the little things.

Let’s create something exceptional together.

FAQ

If we hire a planner, will it stop feeling like our wedding?

Not at all. If anything, it’s the opposite. Our job isn’t to bring our own taste to your day; it’s to protect yours. Once fifteen or more vendors are involved, we translate your vision and keep every supplier aligned with it. This helps make sure the day still feels unmistakably you. We’re there to elevate and streamline your planning, right down to the details you didn’t even know you needed to think about.

We're pretty organised, do we really need a planner?

Planning a wedding on top of a full-time job and everything else going on is genuinely a second job. Usually, it’s the mental load rather than the ability that becomes exhausting. Hiring us means trading that load for someone equally capable of holding it instead. You can actually enjoy the twelve to eighteen months leading up to your wedding, not just survive them.

What wedding planning and styling services do you offer?

We offer a full range of wedding planning and styling services, so you can choose exactly the level of support that suits you. This includes Full Service Planning, Design & Management, our most comprehensive offering where we handle everything from vendor sourcing to full design and day-of execution, Design, Styling & Management for couples who want to source their own vendors but have us bring the design and day together, Design & Styling for those who want the day styled to perfection without full planning support, and Month of Coordination for couples who’ve planned everything themselves and want a dedicated team to take the reins in the final weeks. Whatever stage you’re at, there’s a way for us to take the pressure off.

How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally as soon as you’ve secured your date and venue. For Full Service Planning, Design & Management, most of our couples come on board 12 to 18 months out, which gives us the time to properly understand your vision and secure the right suppliers before their calendars fill. That said, it’s genuinely never too late to ask, if you’re further along than that, get in touch and we’ll let you know honestly whether we can help.

What is the difference between full service wedding planning and month of coordination?

Full Service Planning, Design & Management means we’re with you from the very beginning, sourcing and managing every supplier, designing your wedding from the ground up, and managing every detail through to the day itself. Month of Coordination is designed for couples who’ve planned everything themselves and simply want a dedicated team to assist in the final stretch, we step in around four weeks out to finalise the run sheet, brief your vendors and coordinate the day so you can hand over the reins and actually enjoy it. In short, Full Service is there for the whole journey, Month of Coordination is there at the end to help execute what you’ve planned.
