What services do you offer for weddings?

We offer a range of services tailored to different stages of the wedding planning journey, including Full Planning, Wedding Management (month-of coordination), Styling & Design, Bridal Concierge, Destination Wedding Planning and bespoke support packages. Whether you’re looking for someone to take the reins from day one or simply bring everything together in the final weeks, our role is to create a seamless experience while ensuring your wedding feels personal, considered and reflective of who you are as a couple.

Do you offer full-service planning, partial planning or on-the-day coordination?

Yes – we offer everything from comprehensive All Inclusive Full Planning through to Wedding Management for couples who have already planned much of their wedding themselves. Our Full Planning clients enjoy support with venue selection, budgeting, supplier sourcing, wedding design development, logistics and guest experience, while our Wedding Management service focuses on bringing all the moving pieces together in the lead-up to the day. Every wedding is different, so we tailor our involvement to suit your needs.

How far in advance should couples book you for their wedding?

The earlier, the better. Most of our Full Planning couples book 12–18 months before their wedding date, particularly for peak season celebrations in Queenstown, Wānaka and destination wedding locations. However, we also work with couples who come to us closer to the wedding day. If your date is approaching, it’s always worth reaching out, as we occasionally have availability for Wedding Management or styling-only projects.

What is your booking process for couples planning their wedding?

It all starts with an initial conversation where we learn more about your vision, priorities and the type of support you’re looking for. If we’re the right fit, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining our recommended service. Once your agreement is signed and booking fee received, we begin the wedding planning journey. From there, we’re by your side throughout the process, providing guidance, creative direction and expert advice while keeping everything organised and enjoyable.

What makes your wedding business different from others in the industry?

We’re known for creating weddings that feel deeply personal rather than following a formula. Our approach combines thoughtful wedding planning with elevated design, ensuring every celebration is both beautiful and meaningful. While we love luxury weddings, we believe luxury should feel warm, welcoming and authentic to the couple. With experience across intimate gatherings, multi-day celebrations and destination weddings, we focus on creating events that are memorable not because they’re trendy, but because they genuinely reflect the people at the centre of them.

Do you specialise in a particular wedding style or aesthetic?

Our work is often described as editorial, refined and timeless, with a fresh take on luxury. We love creating weddings that feel effortlessly beautiful rather than overly styled, drawing inspiration from the landscape, architecture and personalities involved. While many of our celebrations lean towards modern luxury weddings, we don’t believe in a signature formula. Instead, we develop a unique design direction for every couple, ensuring no two weddings ever feel the same.
