Hi, I’m Lauren — a civil marriage celebrant, MC and on-the-day coordinator based in Wollongong, working across the South Coast, Southern Highlands, Jervis Bay and beyond.

My celebrant journey started when my best friend married my husband and me. She was having so much fun doing it, and I remember thinking, “I want a job where I get to bring this much joy to people’s wedding days.” So, I got my licence and With Love, Lauren was born.

My approach is simple: your wedding should feel like you, not like a wedding template. I’m all about modern, personal celebrations that are relaxed, full of personality and actually enjoyable to be part of. I love the heartfelt moments, but I’m equally here for the laughs, happy chaos, champagne and dance floor. My style is naturally bubbly and energetic, with a little cheeky humour thrown in — never forced, never overly scripted, and definitely not trying to be a comedian.

I’m also a big believer that your wedding party shouldn’t have to work their way through your wedding day. With my MC and on-the-day coordination services, I take care of the announcements, timelines, vendors and behind-the-scenes details, so your friends and family can put the clipboard down, grab a drink and actually celebrate with you.

At the heart of it, I believe your wedding should be a reflection of the two people getting married — your love story, your style, your values and all the little things that make your relationship yours. A weddings as unique as you.

Will you travel for our wedding?

I love travel and my happy place is on the road with my husband and dogs. I am very happy to travel and work with my couples to make this financially viable. If I can tie this in with some adventures privately I am happy to work out something on any extra costs, let’s chat!

Do you do MC or on-the-day coordination also?

Yes, I do! I offer four packages: Elopement (for yourselves and your two witnesses), Unique Ceremony, Ceremony + MC, and Ceremony + MC + On-the-Day Coordination.

The last two are designed to take the hosting and coordination completely off your plates — and, importantly, out of the hands of a friend or family member. That way, they can actually relax and enjoy the day with you, rather than feeling like they have to “work” throughout the reception.

I also don’t pretend to be a comedian 😂 My style is more about finding that nice balance of light, natural humour and heartfelt moments, so the day feels fun, relaxed and genuinely you.

What is your vibe?

My vibe is modern, relaxed, warm and a little cheeky. I’m all about creating weddings that feel genuinely you — never overly formal, cheesy or scripted. Think heartfelt moments, natural humour, good energy and a whole lot of “I’ve got this” confidence. I’m the celebrant who can have a laugh with your guests, create those beautiful emotional moments, and then seamlessly take charge when it’s time to keep the day moving. Professional enough to trust, relaxed enough to feel like an old friend.

What areas do you service for weddings?

I’m based in Wollongong and work across the South Coast, Southern Highlands, Jervis Bay and beyond. My family are all in Canberra so include that as my area at no extra charge and tie in some family time. I’m very happy to travel, and my happy place is on the road with my husband and dogs.
