We offer both shared and plated-style wedding catering menus, including canapés during cocktail hour. We love to kick off your wedding with a ‘wow’ that gets your guests gathering and chattering, whether that’s grazing tables, oyster bars or interactive food stations. For dessert, we offer plated desserts, dessert bars and dessert canapés, as well as large-format dessert cakes. Then come the late-night snacks that ensure the revelry continues into the night. We also provide waitstaff and bar staff, along with a range of beverage packages featuring cocktail service and paired wines to complement your menu. We can also cater welcome dinners and recovery parties to keep the celebrations going all weekend long.

Most of our events are Shoalhaven-based, but we do travel interstate and overseas for destination weddings. We work out these logistics with the couple during the quoting process.

We love working with couples who have a clear brief or vision for their wedding. Bespoke wedding menus, creative ideas and personalised experiences are absolutely our vibe. Every celebration is different, and we love creating something that feels uniquely yours.

After your initial enquiry, we schedule a call to discuss your wedding plans and menu ideas. From there, we send through a personalised proposal. Once accepted, a $1,000 deposit secures your date, and we’ll finalise the menu over the following months. Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are due two weeks before your wedding day. At this point, a final invoice is generated and is due seven days prior. Our team arrives approximately three hours before service to ensure everything is set up for seamless execution.

We proudly champion local South Coast producers, celebrating the incredible growers, makers and talent on our doorstep. It’s fresher, tastier and makes every wedding menu feel that little bit more special.

We host biannual menu tastings at Terrara House on the South Coast — keep an eye on our socials for upcoming ticketed events. Private tastings can also be arranged. We’ll travel to your wedding venue or property to deliver a private tasting experience (charges for food and staff apply).
